Please call us at (408) 241-1571 Monday through Friday from 9am – 1pm at least 7 working days before a service is needed. You may also make a request by clicking the Get Help button or the Request A Service link on the previous Services & Programs page to send an email request to us, again at least 7 working days before a service is needed. Please note that for services requests made on weekends or non-business days or phone messages left after office hours, the 7 working days begin when the office acknowledges your email or phone message.
