We serve adults 65 years of age or older who reside in West Santa Clara County, depending on your zip code. Let’s see if we can help you! There are no waiting lists, or lengthy registration process. If you qualify, you become our client and can begin requesting services at least 7 business days in advance of your need. See if you are eligible
Services
We provide services to help you, our clients to stay independent without having to rely on family or friends to get around. Our services are door- through-door, for example we will not only come to your home and take you shopping, but we will help you carry the bags to your kitchen. Our services include escorted transportation, handyman work, light yard work, help with house projects, paperwork, shopping, errands, friendly visits, computer assistance, and more! Programs
In addition to our services, we have programs to further enhance the quality of your life by working to keep you safe. For example we collect canes, walkers, and toilet risers to distribute to our clients in need. We help you with disaster preparedness and provide home safety inspections. We even have partnered with Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) to help with pets or pet visits. Learn more about our programs
