Grants from a donor-advised fund (“DAF”) allow us to provide free services that help seniors in West Santa Clara Valley continue to live independently in their own homes.
If you make charitable gifts through a DAF, recommending a grant to Heart of the Valley is simple. Just log in to your DAF account at Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, or your other sponsoring organization and recommend a grant using our information below.
