We ask clients to request services 7 days in advance to allow time for scheduling.
Our volunteers are available for up to 2 hours at a time.
Services are typically done by a single volunteer. Depending on the size, a project may take multiple requests to complete.
Volunteers will coordinate with the clients to schedule service requests.
Please tell us about any pets when requesting any in-home services.
To receive services, clients must have at least one reliable method of communication, such as a working answering machine, voicemail, or email. This is necessary so that office staff and volunteers can leave messages when needed.
We encourage seniors to think of us as friendly neighbors who can lend a hand but unfortunately, there will be times we cannot fill your request. If no volunteer is available, we will let you know in time for you to make other arrangements.
